Please note that arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tryout session is crucial. Timeliness will allow sufficient time to check in and warm up, ensuring the sessions start on time.
What to Bring:
- Water: Staying hydrated throughout the tryout is essential, so bring your water bottle.
- Court Shoes: Please wear appropriate court shoes to perform the assessment drills effectively and safely.
- Athletic Wear: Dress comfortably in athletic wear that allows you to move freely during the tryout sessions.
Evaluation Process:
Our dedicated coaches will be evaluating each athlete during the tryouts. Each coach's score is sent to TeamGenius, our ranking platform. The coaches' scores will remain discreet to maintain objectivity. The team selection process will involve TeamGenius generating a ranking score based on the evaluations. This baseline ranking offers your athlete a roster spot on a team with a similar ranking, maximizing their growth potential.
Roster Spot Offer:
You will receive an electronic roset spot offer for your acceptance. For your convenience, all our forms are digital. For security purposes, the link is only live for a short time. You can ask for another link to be sent if the link expires.
Please be aware that the roster spot offer is available until the team roster is full. You will receive a roster spot offer for one of our teams via the email provided at registration. The offer will have a set time frame for you to accept or decline. Please note that the email link will be active for a short time for security reasons.
Accepting the Offer and Payment:
After accepting the offer, you must arrange a payment plan with our Admin team, Janá, and Donna. They will guide you through the payment process and provide any necessary assistance.
