NU Breed Volleyball Tryouts 24/25

 NU BREED VOLLEYBALL Tryout Experience and Follow-Up.

The NU BREED VOLLEYBALL Tryout experience is designed to assess each athlete's skills objectively, ensuring fair evaluation and placement within the program. Conducted independently by several coaches, the tryout process focuses on assessing critical volleyball skills such as serving, passing, setting, hitting, and overall game understanding.

During the tryouts, coaches evaluate each athlete based on a standardized set of criteria and provide scores for individual skills. These scores are sent to Team Genius, an advanced evaluation platform that processes the data and generates a comprehensive score for each athlete. This system helps place athletes with others of similar rankings, forming well-balanced and competitive teams.

Following the tryouts, athletes can expect to receive an email offer for a place on a team. This offer remains valid until the team roster is filled. If the initial offer is not accepted or the team roster becomes full, NU Breed extends a secondary offer to the athlete.
