Two Is Better Than One

Dear South Valley Volleyball Family,

Volleyball Clubs are beginning to learn what nations have already known: in a complex world filled with uncertainty and challenging moments, it is best not to go in it alone.

Would you agree?

We are excited to announce the merger of Pipeline and NU Breed Volleyball Clubs that will change the landscape of club volleyball in the south valley!

This strategic initiative represents an incredible opportunity. This merger presents an opportunity to serve our athletes better, our parents, and the south valley volleyball community. We create a healthier and more competitive organization through the union focused on becoming the valley's premier training club.

Coach Job, the current director of NU Breed Volleyball, will be leading the club with Coach Pete Rasmussen joining as a Board Director and Coach. As Coach Pete expressed, "I'm in, what's the next step to building the best club possible? I am excited to do this."

"I'm excited to work closely with Pete and learning from him. I've wanted to do something together for a while. He has a wealth of experience in volleyball and will add value to what we do," said Coach Job.

The Pipeline coaching staff will be a great addition to our already talented team of coaches and will undoubtedly enhance our training.

We commit to working hard to provide the highest level of service to our volleyball family.

This merger's focal point is to provide the highest level of service to our volleyball family at an affordable price.

Organizationally, the merger will positively impact the communication, training, opportunities, and recognition for all those that participate.

We are committed to bringing the best talent, at every level, to help develop the "complete athlete" both on and off the court, allowing players to compete at the next level.

Our ultimate goal is to become the top volleyball organization in the south valley, creating a process learning environment focused on developing players and educating parents about what it takes to succeed. We believe that this merger is a big step in achieving that goal!

We expect the continued use of McDermont X facilities at Lindsay, CA, for our volleyball training. We can use four volleyball courts to ensure we are offering adequate training for all of our athletes.

We will be holding an information meeting and question/answer session soon to answer any questions you might have about this merger. If you have immediate questions or want more information about this merger, please email me at or

Best Regards,

Coach Job Lara
