We are excited to Welcome Back the Teams and Families to the Court! Here are a few things to note for this weekend:


  • On-site at the International Agri-Center

  • Friday, March 26 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM

  • Saturday, March 27, one hour prior to your wave assignment.

  • ONE COACH ONLY PLEASE to check-in

COVID TESTING As we continue to be dedicated to the safety of the athletes, coaches, and attendees, we appreciate your cooperation in this endeavor.

  • GreenMCMeds will be providing the mandatory on-site Nasal Rapid Antigen Testing on Friday 3/26/2021 from 4 PM to 8 PM and Saturday 3/27/2021 from 6:30 AM to 3 PM. Please keep an eye on your emails for more information on arrival times.

  • All attendees must provide a negative COVID-19 test result for on-site Rapid Antigen Testing.- coaches, staff, players, parents, grandparents, siblings 5 to 18 years old, etc.

  • If you had a PCR test prior to the tournament, we are still requiring you to get a Rapid Antigen Test due to the risk of exposure between the time of PCR testing to time of tournament start date.

  • Thank you to those who emailed their results, but you will need to test once on-site at the tournament. We are sincerely sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this may cause.

  • GreenMCMeds will be on-site to provide the no-cost test to those with insurance. For those who are uninsured, please reach out to

  • If you had COVID-19 in the last 90 days and have fully recovered but are still testing positive on a COVID-19 test due to fragments of the virus still in your system, please provide a note from your ordering doctor releasing you to participate by emailing the release to

  • Registration for your individual COVID-19 Rapid Antigen on-site test at the tournament is required prior to arrival.



  • All coaches, players, and staff must wear a mask: on and off the court, during a match, or while completing their work assignment.

  • NO switching sides between sets.

  • NO pre-match and post-match team handshakes.

  • NO tiebreaker matches will be played.

  • Officials will be responsible for cleaning/sanitizing score table items after each assignment/match.

  • Game Ball will be provided and will be sanitized between every set, and during time-outs.

  • Teams must provide their own warm-up volleyballs.


  • The Agri-Center will have a couple of food truck options.

  • Vendors will be set up outdoors for shopping. Please maintain social distancing while browsing vendor products.

Again we want to Thank You All for supporting your athletes as we return to play. We also appreciate your understanding as we kick off our first event in over ONE YEAR due to this pandemic. Everyone's safety is at the forefront of all our decisions, thank you in advance for the cooperation as we navigate back to the court!!
